1.CAN ALL ELECTRIC VEHICLES USE DC FAST CHARGING? 

Not all electric vehicles can use DC fast charging. It depends on the vehicle's charging port and battery technology. Some older EV models may not support DC fast charging, so it's essential to check your vehicle's specifications before using a fast charger.

2.CAN FREQUENT USE OF FAST CHARGING HARM MY EV'S BATTERY? 

Using fast charging regularly can have some impact on an EV's battery health over time. However, modern EVs are designed to handle fast charging without significant degradation. To minimize the impact, avoid charging the battery to its maximum capacity often and use AC charging when feasible for day-to-day charging.

3.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE FULLY? 

The time required to fully charge an electric vehicle varies based on the EV's battery size and the charging station's power output. On average, an AC charger might take 3 to 20 hours, and DC fast charging can provide an 80% charge in 20 to 60 minutes. Remember that charging times are approximate and can differ depending on the EV model and the state of the battery when charging begins. Always refer to your vehicle's manual or charging station specifications for accurate charging times.

4.CAN I CHARGER 2 WHEELERS IN THE STATION?

No, only the vehicle which are having, CCS2 charging ports can charger in our charging stations. 

5.HOW DO I GET A B2B TAX INVOICE WITH COMPANY DETAILS?

You can update your company name and GST details in your profile. Post update from next charging session onwards you will get B2B tax invoice.

6.WHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE Zappang app?

The Zappang App typically provides multiple customer support channels to assist users. These may include:

  • Phone Support: A helpline or for users who prefer to speak directly with a customer support representative 24/7.

  • Email Support: The option to send an email to the support team for more complex inquiries or technical problems. 

B.ZAPPANG MOBILE APP

1.WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD ZAPPANG APP?

Zappang App is available on App Store and play store.

2.HOW TO SIGN-UP INTO ZAPPANG APP?

The sign-up process is pretty simple, you can login by entering mobile number and email address. Post OTP verification signup process will be completed. After completing the sign-up process add your vehicle details in your profile

3.HOW DO I TOP-UP MY ZAPPANG WALLET?

After completing the sign-up process go to the more option and click on wallet, Enter the amount for the top-up and make payment through preferred payment modes (UPI, Credit & Debit card, net banking & external wallets) 

4.WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON THE ZAPPANG APP? 

Zappang App typically offers various payment methods to make the charging process convenient for users. Common payment options may include:

  • UPI, Credit or Debit Cards, Net Banking: You can securely add your credit or debit card details to the app and use it to pay for charging sessions directly.

  • In-App Credits: Zappang app have their own credits system that you can use to pay for charging sessions.

5.HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK ON THE ZAPPANG APP? 

The payment process on the Zappang App is straightforward and typically follows these steps:

  • Once your charging session is complete, the total cost of charging will be debited from the Zappang app

  • After successful payment, the app will provide a payment receipt & tax invoice and send an email confirmation for your records.

6.HOW DO I FIND A ZAPPANG STATION & CHECK THE AVAILABILITY AND TARIFF?

You can use Zappang app to check the charger’s availability and the current tariff. tariff may base on time of the days and location. Make sure to view complete tariff schedule.

7.HOW DO I USE THE ZAPPANG APP TO NAVIGATE TO A CHARGING POINT? 

To navigate to a charging point using the Zappang App, follow these steps:

  • Open the Zappang App on your smartphone or device.

  • Ensure your location services are enabled for accurate navigation.

  • Go to the app's map or search feature to find nearby charging stations.

  • Select the desired charging station from the list or map view.

  • Tap on the "Navigate" or "Get Directions" button.

  • The app will launch your device's default navigation app (such as Google Maps or Apple Maps) with the address of the selected charging station pre-filled.

8.CAN MULTIPLE USED LOGINS TO THE SAME ACCOUNT?

Yes, multiple users can log in to a single account, and Zappang app allows to initiate multiple session same time. Primary user can logout from all the devices if required using OTO authorization. 

9.HOW CAN I PLAN MY TRIP USING ZAPPANG APP?

Zappang mobile offers trip planner, which will be in the home page right to the search bar.

  • Enter your start point and destination the app will show the available charging stations along the route

10.HOW TO START A SESSION?

There are 2 ways to start in Zappang after plugging in the connector. Ensure your EV is properly parked at the charging station. Make sure there is sufficient balance in the Zappang wallet.

  • a.

Via scanning the QR on the charger

Scan the QR corresponding to the connector pasted on the charger using ZAPPANG app and click on start charging. The charging session should commence, and you'll see real-time charging data on the app while your vehicle charges.

  • b.

Via More option

Select the charger point from the Zappang app which you would like to use. Click on the more option and select the charger and the connector and click on start charging. The charging session should commence, and you'll see real-time charging data on the app while your vehicle charges.

11.CAN I MONITOR THE CHARGING PROGRESS REMOTELY USING THE ZAPPANG APP? 

Yes, Zappang App, allow users to monitor their charging sessions remotely. You can keep track of the charging progress, energy consumption, charging speed(kW) & Charging duration through the app. The app will also send push notifications or alerts when the charging session is completed or if there are any issues during charging.

C.WALLET BALANCE REFUND.

Customer can request for refund through registered email or mobile number. Refund will be processed, and amount will be credited back to the user’s original payment source with 3 to 5 business days.
